• All products are quality checked before shipping
• All products are dispatched in Secure Tamper Proof Bags to ensure the product reaches you safely
• All orders placed between Monday to Friday are processed immediately
• Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday
• We ship through our logistic partners: TCS. Our logistic partners are only allowed to deliver sealed &   

   packed products. Our logistic partners are not authorized to do open deliveries.

Return & Exchange Policy

Elation Collection follows a transparent returns policy for all products bought from the online store. 

  • You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.

  • Used products cannot be returned.

  • Once the product is received back, we'll arrange Exchange or *Refund as requested.

  • Refund for all orders is refunded/money back
